Greetings! Typically I post my “From the Kitchen” menus on Facebook, but now they will be posted here on our Website! You may comment or ask anything you like. Today I am hosting a Tasting for potential clients having a reception in August. Their menu consists of many options and today I am preparing 4 choices for 4 people. A tasting is possible once we make it through the beginning stages of a meeting, menu development and price quote. Menu Tastings are for celebrations such as Weddings for Denver, Boulder, the Foothills and Mountain areas. Large events with extensive All Love Catering use qualify for a complementary tasting held at our Commissary Kitchen in Arvada.

From the Kitchen Today:

Appetizer – Piquillo Peppers stuffed with Local Colorado Haystack Goat Cheese, Toasted Almonds and Fresh Thyme

Appetizer – Tuna Ceviche served on Grilled Flatbread with Mango, Lime and Arugula (Tuna from Local Seafood Landing)

Entree – Tacos of Pork Carnitas, Slow Cooked Chicken – Crispy Fried Tacos, Soft Flour Tortillas served with Scratch Tomatillo Guacamole

Entree – Seafood Paella with Saffron Rice, Bell Peppers, Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, Champagne, Garlic, Basil, Black Mussels and Shrimp (Mussels and Shrimp from Local Seafood Landing)
